Specific Responsibilities
- Assist operators loading machines, wrapping/packing materials, all other requests of operators.
- Complete Powered Industrial Vehicle written and hands-on certification.
- Work in safe and ethical manner at all times.
- Work with Operator in minimizing waste and reducing downtime.
- Direct waste to proper locations
- Make bales and keep trim room clean.
- Core Cutting
- Maintain good organizational skills.
- Keep work area neat and clean and follow all established safety guidelines.
- Work within a team structure to achieve Company and department goals.
- Perform additional duties related to specific area assignment.
- Follow and enforce ACC policy and procedure to uphold the Quality Policy and promote customer focus.
- Must follow all ACC Good Manufacturing Practices.
Qualifications
- Swing Shift – Must be able to work a rotation between days and nights.
- 1 year in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- High School degree or equivalent
- Physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds and standing for at least 8-12 hours a day.
- Must pass pre-employment physical.
Benefits
- Salary $19/hr to $24/hr (depending on experience)
- Vacation Package: 40 hours after 90 days, 80 hours after 1 year, 120 hours after 3 years, 160 hours after 7 years, 200 hours after 12 years
